Awesome first event!

Hi guys!

Just wanted to thank everyone who came out to our first ever volunteer event sweet escape!! We really hope you had as much fun as we did playing games, making holiday crafts, decorating (albeit messy) cupcakes and nomming on pizza. We were so pleased with the turn out and we are hoping to plan another similar event for next semester. 
We had so much fun meeting you guys, you are seriously a great bunch! Hopefully we'll be uploading pictures from the event really soon.

On another note, we're having a SAMOSA SALE in McConell this Wednesday Nov. 21st so please drop by to say hi and grab a samosa while you're at it.

Come to our first social event of the semester for a Sweet Escape!

Enjoy cupcake making, board games, crafts, snacks and meet some AWESOME peeps ie. your fellow volunteers!

Updates!

Hi everyone!

Just a few updates to our blog - the schedule for MGH is now up under 'schedules'. As well, our Exec members page is fully updated - check out our new and old exec for the year 2012-13!

Application Process Fall 2012

Hi everyone!

Glad to see so many of you at the meeting last night! We know it was short notice and many of you couldn't make it, so this will be a follow-up e-mail to give you the necessary application process information if you are still interested in applying to volunteer with us!

1. Please go to our website: www.icreateclub.blogspot.com
2. Click the tab that says 'Applcations**'
3. You will find 3 different applications, one for each hospital. Please click the link, download the form, fill out the information, and e-mail it back to us with LAST NAME, FIRST NAME 2012-2013 NAME OF HOSPITAL as the subject.
4. You may apply for more than one hospital, please send each application in a different e-mail.(Even if you apply for more than one hospital you will only be volunteering at one)
5. The deadline is Monday Sept 17th by 5pm by email only
